Just So You Know

For years the human has controlled Mother Earth. It wasn't bad at first, much like the Reign of Dinosaurs and the Age of Mammals. But then they got greedy and began wanting more than they were allowed to have. As they continued to breed, the Earth got crowded, and we were shoved away. We are killed mercilessly, and some of our cousins went away forever, never to be seen again. We are dying before our time, and so is our home. The earth is crumbling beneath our feet, the waters threatening to flood what land there is, and the people keep coming. They are overpopulated by far, and still do not stop. Their contraptions pollute our air, what we need to live. They pollute the waters, another source of life. They tear up the ground and rip out the trees, leaving nothing to regrow. Their transportation knocks us aside with ease if we dare cross their paths. Very few survive. Some have been forced to attack the human for food because theirs is gone, man's fault once again. But there is hope. Finally fed up with being treated so badly, Mother Nature has created a creature whose sole purpose is to wipe out mankind. They are faster, stronger, smarter, better adapters, and more vicious than any other creature now or before, and they want revenge. They have learned the humans' language, what many of their things are called and what they do, and they are preparing an all out counter attack. Everything will be at stake, everyone will remember what the humans have done to them, their kind, and their ancestors. Even the pets will rise up. On one day, at one time, every creature on the face of the planet will seek out the destructive species and eliminate them. This is what happens, when it comes to war. They deserve it.

So you've seen the site and maybe have a few questions. Well, here's a FAQ just for such occasions, and it will be updated whenever needed.

1. Homepage
A. When you probably first come here you'll most likely see the world split up (mostly) on the boards. There's a lot of them, so it might be a little overwhelming. Don't worry, I've actually made it even more simplified than it actually is.

2. Joining
B. You want to join? Awesome! I mean, uh, that's very wonderful and we're glad to have you. It's easy. If you've been on Proboards before then you know how to do it. If not: Click on Registration, enter your information, agree to the Terms of Service, and click the button. Now you need to go to your profile (top of page, labeled Profile) and Modify it to your liking. You are now an official individual of my world^^

3. Making a Character
C. Logically, after you join you'll want to make a character. Simple, go to the board titled Creation, and find the form. Make sure you read the rules about characters, and just plain read the rules. I've given everybody a very wide range for what they can be, so it might take a while before you know what your character's species will be. If you are a regular member, you'll have to talk to me before creating a mythical creature. Make sure you do your research so you get everything right. After you fill out the form and it's accepted, you just have to decide where they'll live. Of course, for the moment they have to be where they'll normally be found, unless there is a specific reason they're somewhere else. (e.g. They were in a zoo and escaped into the forests of New York or something)

4. Rothen Wha?
D. Rothen Clar (Rah-thin klaar) are one of the creatures I've made up. They live primarily on the island of Adariah, but are beginning to move towards North and South America. I'm going to put up a post describing them. Yeah, lot's of typing

Basically they are as big as a Siberian tiger, sort of look like a mix between a cougar and a sabretooth, and are very mean. I'm not going into further detail right now.

5. Adariah
E. Adariah (Uh-daar-ee-uh) is my private island. Again, there will be a post all about it. The reason you can't get to it is it's password protected. Don't bother looking for it in the rules or hidden anywhere else. You have to message me and prove to me you can play the creatures like they're meant to be played, and then you'll get the password. On trial of course.

Again, these will be updated whenever needed.
